AVAILABILITY 2023
Booking dates run from 3pm on Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. You pay £75 deposit (non-refundable) on booking with balance due three weeks before your stay. On receipt of final balance, we'll send all the information you'll need. 
PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking house (inside and on the patios).
No dogs (sorry) during June to end October. We might allow one dog at other times but there is an extra charge per dog.
You must take your own duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. You can rent these items but, frankly, it's a lot cheaper to take your own.
